Terms and conditions do apply\, and the last entry is at 3.30pm \nSpecial thanks to Rodda’s Clotted Cream & Tiptree on behalf of the Cream Tea Society for donating the jam & clotted cream! \nTerms and conditions for climbing St Mary’s Tower:\n•	Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.\n•	No children under the age of 5yrs or under 1mtr tall allowed to climb the tower.\n•	No opened toed shoes\, sandals or flip flops.\n•	Please follow all instructions from our volunteers\, the stairs are too steep & narrow for two-way traffic.
