DESCRIPTION:10 am Open Air Parish Mass in St Mary’s Church Yard\nA day celebrating the life of the Parish and the beauty of creation\, as we prepare to celebrate our Patronal Festival (like a birthday). \n12 pm onwards Picinic with Entertainment\nBring your own picnic and enjoy the churchyard and the music and entertainment \nPompey Pluckers in St Mary’s Church Yard  \n2 pm to 4 pm Tower Open\nClimb the Tower of St Mary’s and enjoy the spectacular views of the city and the church interior.  Terms and Conditions Apply (see below). \nTower Open  \nTerms and conditions for Climbing St Mary’s Tower:\nDo’s and don’ts: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; No children under the age of 5yrs or under 1mtr tall allowed to climb the tower; No babies to be carried in arms or in slings etc; No opened toed shoes\, sandals or flip flops; Please follow all instructions from our volunteers\, the stairs are too steep & narrow for two-way traffic. Give space to others to avoid tripping.\nHealth Advice: If you are pregnant; Have a heart complaint; Breathing problems e.g. asthma; Fear of heights; Fear of open stairs; Or any other condition which might be made worse by climbing the tower\, we advise that you visit our beautiful church instead.\n* The clergy hold the right to refuse anyone access to the tower if persons are deemed unsafe or not fit to climb. The church will not take any responsibility for any accident\, injury or theft on our premises. Enjoy yourself but be vigilant at all times.
