On Maundy Thursday, we remember the last supper Jesus shared with his friends. During the meal, the Servant King washed his disciples’ feet. Afterwards, he led them to the Garden of Gethsemane and asked them to “watch and pray”.
Join us for a Eucharist of the Last Supper. Afterwards, you are invited to take part in a vigil of silent prayer, lasting until midnight. We are still looking for more volunteers to help sustain this vigil; if you intend to attend, please sign the list in church so that we can see which 15-minute slots still need filling.
St Faith’s will also be holding their Eucharist of the Last Supper at 6pm; this will similarly end with a vigil of prayer.
