The Fellowship Group

We are open to people of all ages. A friendly meeting on Wednesday afternoon 2.30-4.00pm. We have various speakers and in keeping with Fellowship ideals of giving our time and talents to the work of Christ’s Church, we support the local hospice and the leprosy mission and also run a monthly lunch in aid of various charities.

Monday Nights in St. Mary’s Parish

On Monday evenings, there is a programme of different opportunities for people to be part of. Which activity is happening each week varies through out the year – you can find out what is happening each week by looking at the “What’s on” page.

Once a month, Monday Men, an informal fellowship group, meets over nibbles and refreshments.  Monday Men is an informal fellowship group that meets once a month over nibbles and refreshments.  The group explores a wide range of subjects (not always of a spiritual nature!) as we discern together what is going on in the world around us and where God might be speaking to us.  Being informal, the group welcomes members as and when they wish to join in with no commitment.

Sometimes a meditation group meets each for quiet contemplation, in St Faith’s, 7.30pm. This often happens particularly during Advent and Lent.

Sometimes on Monday evenings at 7:30pm there is a discussion group at St Faith’s that enables us to learn more about a particular aspect of our faith. At certain times of the year this is aimed a people who are considering baptism and/or confirmation.
