POSTPONED – Organ Concert – Robert New
UNFORTUNATELY ROBERT NEW HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND THIS CONCERT IS POSTPONED UNTIL WE CAN RE-ARRANGE DATES WITH HIM. Something a little different as part of our 2018 Organ Recital series. Instead of hearing St Mary’s Walker organ, Robert New will be performing a selection of film, orchestral and modern music on his state of the art electronic organ, showing the diversity of the instrument. Our 2018 monthly Organ Recital series continues with an Organ Recital given by Richard Powell (Freelance organist, Norway). Please do join us for a glass of wine and listen to the fantastic Walker organ in St Mary’s Church, Portsea. Music by Mathias,Tomkins, S.S. Wesley, Bach, Messiaen, Hollins, Wammes, Langlais.
